To start of my new 8 Week Total Body Training program, I didn’t include arms at all. I am still satisfied with what I did accomplish. I was surprised with my Deadlift wieght this week, I had never tried them with a barbell before and next workout I plan on taking on the 70 lb barbell!
Note to Self: Im going to stick to this 8 week hypertrophy/periodization plan for the full 8 weeks, doing all work outs on time and adding in cardio and core work.
Next work out I need to rest longer between my laying hamstring curl sets and I want to pump out at least 5 full reps.
