week one day 2
Well I hit the gym and hit it hard. Monday morning I did 45 min of cardio at lunch did shoulders, chest and back and the later that night went back and took an awesome class. I have to give Renee credit I like a good butt kicking every now and then. Now I am going to take her class every Monday and Wednesday night.

I did have a snack ate some cottage cheese before bed
