Well I hit the gym and hit it hard. Monday morning I did 45 min of cardio at lunch did shoulders, chest and back and the later that night went back and took an awesome class. I have to give Renee credit I like a good butt kicking every now and then. Now I am going to take her class every Monday and Wednesday night.
Meal 1
5 eggwhites and 1/4 cup of oatmeal
Meal 2
Protein shake with a bannana
Meal 3
1/4 cup of Brown rice
1/4 cup of tomatoes
1/2 chicken breast
meal 4
1/2 chicken breast
1/4 cup of oats
meal 5
Same as 3
Meal 6
Protein shake
1/4 Oats
I did have a snack ate some cottage cheese before bed

Well I am starting to catch on. I got a reality check yesterday at the gym when I talked to a former figure competitor and she told me my diet was all wrong and I had to clean it up and get right now to be abe to compete for the first time in June. That was hard because I thought I was already eating clean enough but I do make mistakes.
So meals starting over
Meal 1
4 egg whites
1/4 cup oatmeal
meal2
1/2Cottage cheese
bannana
3 egg whites
meal 3
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4cup spinach
1/2 cup chicken breast
meal 4
1/2 cup cottage cheese
bannana
meal 5
1/4 cup brown rice
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/2 sup of chicken breast
Meal 6
7egg whites
