Well the correct Rx makes all the difference, felt human and workout yesterday. Very exciting! High energy, feels so good to have it back, and just in time too. Family in town, daughter graduating, lots going on. Great time…

I have really appreciated the support I have gotten from everyone, thanks a million! My fibromyalgia is under control, allergies are horribly out of control and I am on to a new RX, picking it up shortly. But I know that this is just a cycle and I just have to wait it out. Feeling much better about it. Going to slash my work schedule and try to recover quicker. Need to shake the fatigue. Just want to be able to get the results I know I can and deserve.

Ok, I know I’m sick, have been since I was a little kid. But I keep getting stronger. And I guess I like to pretend that I am not ill or weak because that would suck. So I take my meds, make myself look nice (healthy bright eyes) and give it my best each day. So this last time when I decided to start training, it seemed reasonable to increase my 1 or 2 times a week of cardio to 6 and my on-again-off-again resistance training to a 3 day a week program-I thought I was "warmed" up and the body would take it. The body put me in bed for 5 days, if it would just play nice with were I am trying to take it! Trying not to be depressed. Rebounding nicely, hicup in my goal outline, not the end of the world. Must be positive, not listen to those who tell me I shouldn’t workout. Hell with them! Just have to use moderation, still learning that one…

Went shopping and put really good food in the house. Let the other people eat the cupcakes all day Sunday. They left them in sitting on the kitchen island for me to see today too. Whatever, I’m on track! : )
