Why is nothing working
Ok I have heard lots of people tell me " I tried everything and nothing works" but I will tell you like I tell them. There is nothing out there that is going to make you someone else your body has its own way of making things happen and if you put the effort in to figure out what it is it will pay off, now self confidence is the key to getting in shape and staying that way. If you dont think that you can do it then you cant. Your mind controls your body and if you make your mind do what you want it to you will see results. There is no such thing as being conceited it is 100% pure confidence now go out there and get your butt in gear train hard, play harder
