The beginning!
Well this is the first blog entry. I’ve jsut started working out, changed my diet and taking supplements to basically transform my body. I’m what you would call extremely skinny. im 6ft exactly, weigh a mere 126pounds and im 21 years old. I’ve been not been bullied but ive always had some jokes made about my weight since i was in high school. The usual things like im built like the side of a five pound note, theres more meat on a chicken nugget etc etc. I just want to prove myself wrong and other that it is possible for me to change. Hopefully one day i can inspire other skinny people to transform themselves.
I work offshore on an oil rig so its hard to keep a diet that i would like. Its basically set meals out here but i stick to fish, chicken etc etc and theres a gym here too. I only work 2 weeks then 3 weeks at home so it works out pretty good. I’ve just finished 2 weeks of working out and eating healthy and pretty much as much as i can (eating every 3 hours). I’ve not weighed myself yet but i can already see a difference around my waist which used to be 28"…. thats right 28". Hopefully when i get home ill have put on a few pounds.
