I have to get a handle on the diet

Man, my workouts are much better and I am really motivated about the "Future Me" but I think I suck on my diet.  I’m off this week and hoping this will allow me to refocus and get this diet thing down.  I’m taking "Halo", which I really love but I have to do like everyone says and get a grip on the diet so the work I’m putting in will show.   Wish me luck and give a brotha some advice….lol

    some things is only you could handle you know what is good and what is bad.

    but here is the easy part. alway eat moderate and try not to come close to junk food.

    True. I do slip up every now and then and grab something quick instead of planning a nutritional meal.
