P90X2: Day 39
On Thursday I completed X2 Shoulders & Arms plus X2 Ab Ripper. I went up in weight for the Overhead Triceps move and am now at 25 pounds for this one, hoping to go up again the next time or possibly the time after. I don't think I'll be able to go up for Crazy Eights for awhile though, that one is KILLER! Ab Ripper went well as usual, yay! I burned 485 calories in 74 minutes. I had a max HR of 176 with an average of 119.
