P90X - Day 187 + 188
On Friday, I woke up around 8 AM (that's sleeping in pretty late for me!) and completed Insanity's Core Cardio and Balance followed by some of P90X's Kenpo X. I think I have to pretty much phase out Kenpo X because it doesn't do much for me anymore. The only reason it was somewhat hard to do on Friday was because my arms were sore from my Shoulders and Arms workout. It took me 45 minutes and I burned 536 calories. Didn't have a lot of time to work out on Friday.
Calorie intake for Friday: 1859 calories (57.4%/282 grams Carbs, 22.9%/112 grams Protein, 19.7%/43 grams Fat)
TDEE: 2240 calories
Deficit: 381 calories
On Saturday, I again woke up around 8 AM and completed Ab Ripper X. I was studying all day for my Final exams this week (of which there are 5). I've already had 4 other final exams. Way too many! After studying, I completed Legs and Back in the gym. In total, I burned 878 calories in 73 minutes. I did fairly well on this routine and I would like to start lifting heavier weights for my legs (so I may have to add in machine exercises to this routine pretty soon).

TDEE: 2650 calories
Deficit: 550 calories
