P90X - Day 181
On Saturday I woke up around 6 AM and completed Core Synergistics to finish my Second round of P90X!
It took me 59 minutes and I burned 621 calories. The unfortunate thing is this week I gained quite a bit of fat back and my legs and stomach don't look nearly as nice anymore which is disappointing. I think the continual stress for 17 weeks is finally catching up with my body and I don't know what I can even do about it. I seem to have lost some of my muscle mass as well. I am going to recontinue my Creatine intake this week so hopefully that will help, even with the continual stress for 2 more weeks. My biggest accomplishments for Round 2 include:
-Improving my Standard Pushups from 21 to 43
-Improving my Military Pushups from 13 to 22
-Improving my Wide Fly Pushups from 10 to 22
-Improving my Calf Raises from 50 reps with 17 pounds to 75 reps with 35 pounds
-Improving my Chair Dips from 21 reps to 45 reps
-Improving my Reverse Grip Pullups from 8 Hovering to 32 Hovering
My goals for the next Round include lose more body fat and gain muscle as usual. I am still trying to get Regular Pullups as well. Basically my plan is to keep bringing it!
Calorie intake for Saturday: 1944 calories (57.4%/288 grams Carbs, 28%/140 grams Protein, 14.6%/33 grams Fat)
TDEE: 2400 calories
Deficit: 456 calories
