Kenpo and Yoga
Yesterday I was feeling really bad about eating extra food so I exercised for 166 minutes and I burned 1245 calories. I tried doing some Yoga for 45 minutes of that time just to see what it was like. I'm not sure if I should try to keep on doing the Yoga but we'll see. I have some N.O. Xplode that I purchased from a student leaving Grenada last term that I currently have. I was thinking maybe I would try using it 3 days a week (weightlifting days) since it has Creatine Monohydrate in it. If I decide to use it, I will start it on my second round of P90X.
