My Diet
this is my daily food/supp intake. how does it look?
morning:
-1 scoop whey(24g), 4 whole raw eggs
-1 multi, 2 tsp cod liver oil, 3 uni liver, 1 vit.b5, 3 HCL tabs
snack:
- 1 scoop whey(24g), 3 uni-liver, 1 HCL
lunch:
-50g protein, 30-50g fat (eggs, beef, pork, chix, turkey, olive oil, coconut oil)
-3 uni-liver, 3-4 HCL, 1 vit b5,
snack:
-same as earlier
preworkout( m/w/f):
-1 scoop whey(24g), 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 HCL or
-3-4 oz meat, 2HCL
-post workout(m/w/f):
-1.5 scoop whey(40g), 1 uni-liver, 1 vit c
dinner:
-50g protein, 30-50g fat (beef, pork, chix, eggs, etc.)
-3 uni-liver, 1 b-complex, 1 b5, vit.c/e, 2 tsp cod liver oil, 3-4 HCL, 1 zinc
30m-1h before bed:
-15-20g whey, 1 HCL
dailey macros: 200-230g PRO/ 115-140g FAT/ <40g CHO (2200-2400 cals daily)
