Bulking again
Changed my workouts about two weeks ago. The new program came from Muscle Magazine. It is pretty much hell on the back and wasn’t really well thought out, in my opinion. I have tweaked it a little to compensate for what I thought was ridiculously ill-timed recovery and workout splits. The workout as printed is too time consuming and works you like a flesh eating bacteria. Another con is the harshness on the wrists. Half the workout relies on barbells. But the results are slowly showing, and I am happy with that. Skinnies Rule.
