Saturday workout

I forgot how much I have neglected some other exercises.  Today was a pretty decent workout.  Went light on seated cable rows for three sets of 12. Deadlift was ok … 135×8 275×8 315×6 365×2.  I was hoping for at least six reps on 365 but it just didn’t happen.  Ran out of gas.  next was reverse situps and side raises.  Then dips for three sets of 10, then pullups variations for three sets of 10.  On the last set of pullups I could feel the lack of training in the muscles.  And deadlift took too much energy from me.  So I had to stop my workout.  But verall I was pleased with todays workout.
