I"m starting to tire of eating like a horse so I ate less meals today. I had been eating close to every two or three hours in the last seven days. Today’s workout was mainly chest and shoulder. I started the workout with a five minute intense bike workout and followed it with tricep pulldowns. Squats were painful and my wrist hurts from clean and jerks with the trainer. My hip hurts too. My lesson learned was that new exercises should be done wit caution. I had a hard time holding the bench press today as well. SO I skipped incline and decline also. I mainly stuck to butterfly variations, curls, moved to pullup and dip supersets after doing some ab crunch machine sets. I ended the day with a ten minute treadmill jog. I was feeling empty inside but not tired. SO i drank a cytogainer shake and skipped the multivitamin and the sizeon today as well. I figure its good to change up the supplements every once in a while. The cytogainer has whey peptides in it which was great for the muscles. it also had some much needed glutamine.
