Second day of The Gym Exerience
Today I went in around lunch time since I don’t have anything to do. I did stiff leg deadlift, deadlift, inverted sit ups, seated cable rows, cable pulldowns, machine assisted dips, and rode the bike for 15 minutes. today was mainly all back as opposed to yesterdays shotgun workout. Tomorrow I’ll be working on the arms and chest again. I checked my weight. I’ve gained 2.5 pounds in the last three days.
