Lifting freeweights again
Renewed my gym membership to hit the freeweights. Man, I lost thirty pounds and didn’t even notice. I lifted some weights. It wasn’t really a whole lot but it got the blood pumping. The gym had new bikes so i warmed up with one of those. I’m going to be sore tomorrow from squats and hack squats. I did like 6 to 8 sets of 10 to15 on everything with light weight. Exercises were tricep pulldown, stiff arm pulldown, standing cable butterfly, seated machine butterfly, squat, hack squat, upright barbell rows. I may have incorrectly identified the exercises I did, but its the work I put in that counts.
