Day three
Saturday, January 31st, 2009Today was mostly arms and shoulders, with some chest. I started with inset barbell curls, bent over reverse fly, forearm curls, bench press, seated military press, incline press, decline press, tricep pulldown, shoulder shrugs, shoulder extensions, and finished with a nice jog for 15 minutes on the treadmill. One area I missed so far was abs.
