anxiety

Well, my blood pressure was normalizing.  The high blood pressure is an aftereffect of panic/anxiety attacks, evidently.  It is still unknown what is causing them.  The doctor told me today there wasn’t any damage to my heart after an exercise stress test.  Tell you what, I was running on the treadmill for 12 minutes before my pulse hit 161 bpm!  But they want to monitor my bilirubin and possibly sonogram my liver if nothing changes.  And my glucose levels were slightly high.  The doctor tried to get me to take xanax for any more anxiety/panic attacks.  I just have issues with taking a drug so addictive so I declined.  I feel great though, until the attacks happen.  Its wierd because they’ve been happening for two weeks now quite frequently.  And no, its not hypertension, which is a good thing.  Or heart disease, or a damaged ticker.  So I feel soooo much better knowing that.
