back in the gym
I took off a few more weeks after going back in january. my shoulder is bothering me and i needed the rest. So I started to use a joint supplement in hopes of getting some movement back into my shoulder. Time away from the gym was the best cure. Now I am lifting again, going on two weeks. Barbell squats are just getting comfortable at 275 for the last set. Bench isn’t doing much but my shoulders really took a beating on the time off. so did my forearms! Right now I am reducing fats out of my diet to show some abs… but its really cutting into my power lifts. So I tried to reverse that by doing max rep to failure on the middle set. I get a really good pump from it but it just doesnt feel like its going to do as much good as it is bad.
