workouts

Workouts are about 2 to 4 times per week.  just basic lifts with very little leg and back work.  little to no ab work.  lots of chest work and shoulder work.  Upper arms included to.

Just getting back into the gym since about right before crhistmas.  I am starting to get a good basic routine going.  mostly upper body and back.  I am supping with sizeon but I haven’t managed my diet well.
