BACK TO WORK..
Whats up Bodyspace.. Yes, i’m finally back to work, at the gym that is.. Just started hit’n the gym last friday, and oh boy does it feel so good after about 4 to 5 months of no action.
I dropped down to 150 which is really ugly and sucks but hey,, i know what i have to do.. I’m on my way to the 180’s with a real good diet and exercise routine.. I’m start gooing to the gym 3 times a week then i’ll start going up to 4 after a month.. This time i will not stop.. Lets do this people…
