BACK TO WORK..

Whats up Bodyspace.. Yes, i’m finally back to work, at the gym that is.. Just started hit’n the gym last friday, and oh boy does it feel so good after about 4 to 5 months of no action.
I dropped down to 150 which is really ugly and sucks but hey,, i know what i have to do.. I’m on my way to the 180’s with a real good diet and exercise routine.. I’m start gooing to the gym 3 times a week then i’ll start going up to 4 after a month.. This time i will not stop.. Lets do this people…

Day 1 after Surgery( Really Sucks)

Well, today i went back to the gym after about 2 weeks off.  Damn did i lose weight and power. I was so mad at the gym. I got much weaker since i was not lift’n. But.. Gotta start somewhere.  I decided to end the cutting cycle and go back to bulk’n since i lost weight. I’m gonna lift super hard, try to hit chest 2x a week and eat, eat, eat. Got some NLarge for some extra calories. Gonna switch up the routine also..  I’ll maybe jump on some creatine in a week or so. All i’ve been using  protein and multivitamins.  Either way, it felt good going back to the gym. Lift’n and feel’n great. I love this life style. Its full of goals and progress.. I can see myself lift’n till i can’t lift no more.  Lets Get Big baby..

Cracked Tooth Delays GYM Training..

I know.. It sucks..  Picture this! Monday, doing Chest and Tri at the gym.  Working on my Tri’s, I pick a heavy weight. I go to Pull down the rope and bite my teeth cuz its so heavy..  "CLICK" is what i hear.  My tooth cracks in half..  OH lord the pain, the pain, the pain..  LORD PLEASE HELP ME, is what i’m say’n..  I feel all the air rushing into the tooth as the nerve begins to pump, and pump, and pump with pain..  My left side of my face gets swollen. I can’t eat anything.  I can’t think right due to the meds. I can’t do anything. Can’t walk alot, nothing.  I’m soooo hype about the gym evertime i go and for this to happen and delay my gym time sucks..  Oh does it ever..   LORD, if i did something.  I’m sorry. I don’t deserve this pain and torture.. NO man on earth should feel it.  I’m just sooo mad i can’t go to the GYM till its fixed..   What to do, but stay home and play XBox 360 right? and Read.  And meditate on the pain going away..  Hope no one ever, I mean, ever feels this..  Brush your teeth.. Leave the candy for the kids, floss, floss, floss and see a dentist on a reg. basis.  I didn’t and look..  I’m bout to lose 10 pounds cuz of it..   Thanks..

Week 3 swing’n by…

Week 3 is coming up..  3rd week of doing Cardio for those abs and heavy weight training at the GYM..  I’m also working on my lats more and chest aswell..  I’m gonna kill those parts at the GYM..  Diet is coming alone cool, No more white bread, and stop eating cake and cookies.. Very hard..  Give me Tuna, chicken, veggies and eggs…. Oh and my Whey.. I’m lost some inches on my stomach..  Like a full inch..  I still have some body fat left..  Just gotta fight the crave attacks I get late nights..  Gotta eat right and work out hard..  I’m gonna have my girl oh sooo mad when she sees my sexy 8 pack..  Yes 8 pack.. Forget 6…. Oh and I started working on my obliques hard too…  Lets do this.. PS…  I hate cutting.  Can’t wait for this experiment to be over so i can go back to BULK’N UP…      Later…

CUTTING TIME AND I HATE IT!

Yeah, i did the bulk’n up for about a good month.. All u can eat and boy did I. I lifted big and ate big..   It was all good till i said, u know what? I wanna see my abs.. I’m a slim dude, with good muscle definition, why are my abs not pop’n out..  I want to be able to wash clothes and have these crazy cut abs..  Sooo…  I decided to go CUTTING..  Yeah.. I changed my diet, everything..  Since last week, i started running 3 times a week and started eating nothing but oatmeal, chicken, eggs, fruits, brown rice and PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN..   I lost alot of bodyfat since i stop eating junk food, i mean, not one cookie and no bread..  I dropped weight big time and i hate to see that but hey, i have to tell my self, it was fat i lost, not muscle..   I want to make my girl mad and at the same time, i know she’s gonna love a nice sexy six pack when i’m done..   MORE SQUATS, MORE BENCH….

GYM DAY 101

Well, I haven’t touched a piece of GYM equipment, well worked my body on some gym equipment in a while. I’ve been training myself at home at my HomeGym and have been try’n to get my Knees and Shoulders stronger. I feel i’m ready to hit the gym hardcore and today it its..  I’ll be at the gym 5am sharp work’n on my Legs and Chest.  LETsGETBIG.

They ask, How you bulk’n so fast, I’m like " Food, Food, Food".   I try to eat around 6 to 8 times a day. No lie, everything from Oatmeal to Chicken and Pasta..  I’m really eat’n like every 2 hours and I’m get’n alot of sleep..   The main factor to the weight gain is really my protein intake.. I’m taking in around 300 to 400 grams of protein a day.. Oh yeah..  I do it with Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard. 5lb container gives you 80 servings.. Wow..  Each scoop is 24 grams of protein..  I mix 2 scoops which gives me around 50 grams of Whey Protein per shake.. 6-8 shakes a day and you got your Super Protein Intake going.  Shake when I get up, between meals, before work-out, after work-out, before I go to sleep, when ever i can, i throw in a Protein shake..  Doing Cardio, atleast 2x a week so my bulk wont be totaly fat and lift heavy, 5 times a week..  That and a Gallon of H2O a day and you good..  I stop taking Weight Gainers about 3 weeks ago and decided to bulk on natural food other then Weight Gainer Shakes..  To be honest, I got bigger eat’n the right foods then drink’n Weight Gainer shakes, no lie..   Lets Get Big EverBody..!     Sqrl Jones

300 Spartan Training

Oh boy, I tried that Spartan Routine from the Video on my page and boy did it kill me.. I tried every excersice 30 times, 30 reps each.. Took me about 30-40 minutes..  My body was feeling it everywhere.. Try it out.. If you can’t do one of the moves, do something similar.  I gonna do this 3 times this week, fool my body real quick then hit the weights next week.. Bye, Bye PLATUE, see ya…  lol..

Today I’m Back at it!

Today i try’d some pull-ups in the backyard and didn’t get a headache.. Alittle head rush but nothing big. I’m going to try to workout today wit some light, light weights.. This week i’ll go all light, then next week see if i’m 100% so i can return to my HeavyCrazy routines.

Extreme “Exertion” Headaches!

Ok, thursday night, 3 reps into a warm-up set, i caught the most crazy, painful, ugly migraine headache. Till this this day i can’t lift a thing with out get’n the headache back, so i decided to relax and just eat, eat, eat all this weekend and see if i feel better on Monday. I’ve looked it up and its called an "Exertion headache". Please to avoid this, dont rush into a work out. Man, this thing really sucks, really i jumped up on the bar to see if i could do some pull ups and 4 pull-ups into it, i got a head rush and had to lay down..    "Damn." thats bull"…  Let me go eat something..  later..
