New Split
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2008So, me and my two friends started a split routine monday and it’s going good. Mon.& Thurs. are legs and Tues. & Friday are upper body. I went up on almost every machine, but the only problem is i’m getting stronger alot faster than my partners. This would normally be good, but we were gonna switch to free weights in 2 weeks and if i keep growing i’m gonna need a new partner because it will take alot of time switching the weight every time.
On the plus side, i’m getting alot stronger!
