So, me and my two friends started a split routine monday and it’s going good. Mon.& Thurs. are legs and Tues. & Friday are upper body. I went up on almost every machine, but the only problem is i’m getting stronger alot faster than my partners. This would normally be good, but we were gonna switch to free weights in 2 weeks and if i keep growing i’m gonna need a new partner because it will take alot of time switching the weight every time.
On the plus side, i’m getting alot stronger!

I have tried to start lifting now for quite some time, but i end up quitting after about 2 days of training. Me and my friend have recently decided to start lifting at the YMCA and we started on Wed. the 25th. We started a full body routine and it went over well, but I realized i needed to up the weight( i was doing the same as my partner, but im a little stronger.) So on friday, i upped the weight, but we couldn’t finish because he had plans for the night and we had to leave. After looking at the site, i realized we should do a split routine, So i think from now on we are going to do Mon. & Thurs. Legs and Tues. & Fri. Arms.
If anyone can help us out with a good routine, it would be much appreciated.
