~This was my last upper body power workout before starting another cycle with a different set of exercises. I just listed the best work set of each lift above. All weights are heavier than I’ve ever used before and with better form. I’m excited to see where this off-season ends up. Funny story today: It’s summer time on campus, which means pretty much everybody goes home and no one is hardly at the gym, especially on Fridays. So I went this evening and finished my workout and only me and my workout partner and a couple other “bros” are there finishing up. So afterwards, I take my hsirt off in the back and start hitting a few poses. One of said “bros” comes up and goes, “Hey…I know you juice, but how do you keep your gyno down? I’ve been off of Superdrol for a few weeks and my nipples are hurting bad.” LOL! Here lately it seems like everybody is accusing me of having severe gyno, and THIS guy assumes I juice and asks me how to keep it down (obvisouly implying that he knows what it is and that I don’t have any). That made my day
