DAILY DIET
Im getting alot of emails about my diet. Im going to write a blog of what I eat daily.
8am
2 scoups of vitamin shoppe weight gainer blended with 8oz of skim milk.
100% whole wheat bagel topped with 2 tbs of publix natural peanut butter
whole bannana
10am
1 scoup of vitamin shoppe whey mixed with 8oz of skim milk
12pm - A
8oz of lean steak
1/2 cup of brown rice
1/2 cup of broccoli
12pm - B
10oz of lightly blacked grouper
1/2 cup of broccoli
plain backed potato
2pm
south beach diet peanut butter protein bar topped with natural peanut butter
5pm - Pre-Workout
1/2 cup plain quacker oats mixed in skim milk
whole bannana
7pm - Post-Workout
2 scoups of vitamin shoppe weight gainer blended with skim milk
8oz of chicken
1/2 cup of mixed veggies
9pm
south beach diet cinamon rasin protein bar
cup of grapes
11pm
vitamin shoppe casin mixed with 8oz of milk
1/2 can of tuna

Do you eat the same thing every day or is this just an example? Would this be like a bulking or cutting diet?
