Great job! Keep picking away at that 7MPH goal. That is a great & very obtainable goal. Next time run the 7 and just keep trying to shave seconds off it. It will happen.

I’m sure you could race a 10K in less than an hour. I’m trying to get my 6.5 mile base run under an hour, and I’ve run a 10K in sub 56. You’re doing great. Do you have a goal time for your 10 mile race? Great job on everything you got done during the week. Keep moving forwards, and enjoy your journey.
