Point update!
On Oct. 6 I had 45 points and here’s what I have done as of Oct. 13 at 1 p.m.
New friends made on bb.com: 2: 2 points
Go for a walk alone: 2: 2 point
Responding to blogs: 2: 4 points
Group Activity: 4 (Jogging with my neighbor and her dog, Boots; going to a football game with family, eating dinner with family twice this weekend): 8 points
30 minutes of cardio: 8 points (I am trainging for a race)
30 minutes weights: 2: 2 points
Clean eating: 5 days: 10 points
HIIT: 2 times, 6 points
.5 pounds lost: 1 point
Last week I had 45 plus these 43 points = 88 POINTS TOTAL:)

This is part of a challenge that a group of positive people have going on. It’s a way to encourage each other in our fitness and nutrition goals. If you read back in the blogs, you will find out "what the hell" I am talking about. What you will not find is lesson on manners. That will be left to other sites:)

Don’t get the part about making friends, seems like that has very little to do with body building. But the rest of it I get.

good job sweeety..love that your doing so well on your running.. which race are you training for and when…how is the man…does he run as well…good job on the clean eating
