What’s next….
Wednesday, July 25th, 2007So for the last three and a half weeks I have done something I never thought I would do. I gained weight on purpose. I have been lifting with a trainer two days a week (Mon., Tues.) and repeating those workouts on Thurs. and Fri. by myself. One days is legs, back, biceps. The other days is chest, sholders, triceps and calves. I have gained about six pounds, but I do not feel fat. However, starting Saturday we are going to start the cutting phase, which I have been so excited about. I have put muscle on but no one can see it because of the layer of fat I am carrying around. I have only been doing two hours of cardio a week and I will take it up to 5 or 6 days a week. My nutrition will completely change too, as I have been eating a lot more calories than normal. I am so exited to see my results I can hardly wait. I know I can do this!
