THE MOVEMENT

Bodybuilding brothers and sister of the all natural competition. I invite you you to join me in a movement that will bring to the center of attention the crippling that is the top of our bodybuilding nation. The Mr Olympia has long been nothing but an illegal operation. Unlike any other professional sport bodybuilding can not gain mainstream sponsors because of the wide known steroid use. Sponsors will not go for it because of the bad imaging it would give their company’s. Nascar for a long time was perceived as a redneck sport surrounded by alcoholics. Not until we as a whole make a stand against steroid abuser being aloud to reap the riches of benefits from our sport can we start to see progress and make bodybuilding a mainstream sport. Think about it Mr Olympia should be an Olympic event. But not until it is clean. I need people who are willing to put themselves behind a cause. I plan on within the next two months form a petition and bring before congress the corruption of our sport. I want to push it into the same media stigma as steroids in baseball and track. So let me know who is with me. I will keep this blog fresh daily until I feel we as a whole have gained enough steam to punch a whole where it counts.

When I started just back in February I never imagined weighing anything over 200 until I was at least 23 or 24, hell even 25. But as of this Mourning I’ve built from a riddged 165ish frame to 195 of 8 to 10% pure Rip Shit muscle head. The biggest bright spot for me is that I’ve done this all naturally. Its got me thinking maybe I could help change the body building community. For Christ sakes i’ve even stopped taking creatine. When I started in February I knew all the money in bodybuilding went to the steroid, HGH, ever other pharmaceutical pill taking muscle head competing at the Mr Olympia. Think about it is that fair. We all know that Jay and Ronnie are juicer and so are the 8 top competitors underneath them. But because its what makes the industry money people turn their heads. Its not fair. I would not be able to make body building a career unless I made the ultimate sacrifice and give up my health and start roiding. But now being only 20 years old and still being able to pack on muscle like a adolescent hitting a growth spurt, I think differently. Maybe in within the next 10 to 15 years we can as a bodybuilding community rise together and demand respect for the things we can accomplish legally. Lets face it the government cracked into bodybuilding there would be more suspensions and people put into jail in one day than the whole Balco and track and field scandal put together in its own history. Face its bodybuilding at its top revenue level is an illegal sport. Bodybuilding as a sport should demand the same respect any other professional sport gets, plus the sponsoring. But we cant get it because sponsors know all to well that bodybuilding is about a ass hair away from being shut down. The FDA wont sit on baseball forever. Hell even Nascar worked its way up from its ridicule to be a main stream sport. I see every sport gaining more and more popularity but because we have ass holes like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman who cant accept the fact that they have genetic limitations just like every other professional athlete the **** it up for all of us. Look forward to the day when the spokesman of Muscle Tech or BSN isn’t some muscle bearing freak but yet a man maybe 5′9 or even 6′2 who  you can tell that after almost 2 decades of dedication has sculpted everything he could of his god given body naturally. Someone who went in and looked at these roid monkey’s and didnt say damn I need what they are on to compete. Pray for that day, because until then being a pro bodybuilder means your a pro cheater.

I’ve been lifting for almost 7 years and I know I haven’t accomplished anything official, but let me shed some light on some lifting tips too all not juicing and you know who you are. The workouts you get from the flex and muscle magazine work best if your juicing and if you are then obviously your going to gain. But for those of us looking to take the road of the all natural way, which is less famed and hardly as accredited we need to put the muscle under the most time under tension for a response in growth. This also means eating properly. So much emphasis is put on protein, thats only because mass media is trying to push their protein products. Listen 1 gram of protein from each pound of lean body mass. so if your 160 with 10% bodyfat thats only 144 grams pf protein needed a day to gain. The emphasis for growth is a higher increase in calories and carbohydrates. Carbs should be a 3 to 1 ration and calories during a good bulking phase could be as high as 20 grams of calories to each pound of whole body weight. I weigh 189 so my call intake ideally is 3780 but I usually round it up to 4000 for good measure. But good calories dont add fat. were talking oatmeal, fruits, veggies, lean meat, bread without high fructose corn syrup ( read the ingredients) But so many people are trying to find the next good workout but here give this a try is works for ever lift. 100% garunteed to give you the biggest pumps of your life. Now it may deflate your ego a bit but give it time and see your muscle start to respond. the term…. Time Under Tension. whatever lift your doing. Your start by finding a weigh your can probably get at least 10 time in a controlled manner. Now mind I’m talking about people lifting naturally. Now your going to take that weight and take it off the rack. Now I’m going to use bench press as an example. Take it off this is very important. Let the bar come down slowly controlling it for a 4 second negative and the press should last 1.5 to 2 seconds, do not go to lock out keep the tension just short of lockout and then go back down again. If done properly by the sixth rep your targeted muscle should of been under tension for at least 30 seconds, it should burn, then proceed to do rep 7 and 8 if possible. if rep 8 is done you should of done a minimum of 40 seconds of time under tension. Now after the set in about 15 to 20 seconds you will see a flood of blood going to the muscle giving you your best natural pump. Do only 3 sets of 8, if 8 is too easy add more weight or do pulses after each rep. Try this doing squats , a man who can squat 405 will undoubtedly doing 300 or more than likely lesser weight to perform their squats like this. New Gym

Hey obviously the week off is done and as it is time for a new workout routine, I found it appropriate to change gym’s as well. I went from the YMCA to a gym across the bridge called Fitness World. I found it appealing because the elements for bodybuilding were far more suitable there. I have a chance to train with 3 time Mr USA Tony Atlas and a gym physician has also been working with me for free. Yesterday though I had to fly out here to Oregon for my grandmother’s funeral but there is a huge Balley’s right down the road. Stay tunes for when I get back into town I’m sure to have new workout photos and some what impressive workout videos.;)

The Week Off

Im taking this week off, as recommended to me by a trustworthy knowledgeable friend. Then I’m coming back to finish up my bulking phase with 4 to 5 sets of 10 on each exercise and 3 to 4 exercises per body part still hopefully hitting each body part twice a week. So this week its just chilling back eating some grub and actually relaxing.

300 club

It has always alluded me. The one weak point for me my whole life, bench. It took me until recently in February when I started to bulk to finally bench 225 for a set of 10. Now tomorrow I’m going to try and join the 300 club for bench press. I’m starting to consistently weigh in around 186, 188 pounds now so 300 is way less than twice my body weight. I’m hitting it around 11:30 in the mourning tomorrow, wish me luck

Mixed feelings lift

The Leg Press, the one machine where average men and sometimes woman can lift absurds amount of weight that is sometime 4 times their normal squat. I weigh currently naked 183lbs 184 with gym clothes on no shoes. This past Wednesday I leg pressed 1,300 pounds for one set of 6 and then 90 seconds later a set of 4. My legs were toast. Tomorrow I am going to push for 1,350 for at least 5 sets of 4 to 5, and I will record each set individually and put it up on my body space. Doing the math thats more than 7 times my body weight. I want everyone who can take a look at the videos and tell me how my form is I will be using fairly narrow stance so obviously my legs will not come out past my sides but i will let the weight come down into my chest.
