					<description>Ok so as it stand I have Max-OT, Timer Under Tension, Pyramids, HIT, and Power Lifting. Any other suggestions? Before I bring about an official vote for the suggestions I'd like to also throw in super sets and tri-sets.</description>

					<description>Okay I'm a complete mutant ...lol   I train Shock &amp;amp;#38;amp; Aw. It's a combo between Max-OT and  and the muscle memory thearoy.  I will pick a body part and do a variation Max-OT... Might up the reps some from the 3-4 reps max to 6-8.... then the next time I work that muscle group...I go lighter weight 10-15 reps per set. Max-OT will produce the Muscle Mass..... then The Muscle Memory routine scupls the Muscle .  I also do this so i dont' get bored with the same routines.

					<description>Time undertension is probably known also under another name but its actually the standard that is taught in alot of courses when your becoming a certified trainer. Its where your not so much focusing on how many reps you can get with how much weight, instead your focus is how much weight or via tension can you put on that muscle group for a straight amount of time with no relaxation. Typically the rep range is 6 to 8 reps 3 sets per exercise 3 to 4 excersises per body part. 1 rep will consist of a 3.5 to 4 second negative and a 1.5 to 2 second positive focusing on contracting the musle and making sure the load is being placed on the muscle group your trying to work, instead of lifting too heavy and forcing your body to recruit other muscle groups to perform the exercise. You also end up using alot of core strength to execute stes when done properly. The beauty of this system is while that muscle is under tension no blood is being pumped inot that muscle, so once you've had that muscle under tension for 30 plus seconds and you release or rack the weight within 10 to 20 seconds you will see a pump like no other naturally as the blood flood into the muscle. What's more  effecient the man who can only bang out 225 for 15 and takes maybe only 20 seconds to do so maybe 12 seconds are spent where the muscle is truely engaged on lifting the weight and only on the positive side, or the guy who spends 45 seconds with 225 pounds being put on the chest muscle working each muscle fiber on the way up and using that same muscle group to control the weight on the way down as well.?</description>
