And it begins Again
So the last time I started training for a show back Febraury 2 of this year I made a radical transformationa and went from 155 to 198 by July 31, As of this Monday I started my full workouts after shaking off some rust after my September 27th show, now I am aiming for the 3rd week of June and I plan on once again making another radical transformation, I plan on going from the current 186 that I weigh to atleast 210 before I start cutting.
