Im trying to move on, I’ve seen to many friend get dumped and they hang their heads for weeks, and turn to drugs and alcohol as an answer to their pain. But the answer is to move on. I’ve learned the hard way not to lean my existence on one person. Its not healthy. I figure I’m an averagely attractive looking young man I should have no problem finding someone who matches me better. I look at it this way When one door closes another open. And to that you have to stay on your toes because when life gives you an opportunity you gotta reach up and grab it
I’m really sorry to hear that. It is never easy and it’s ok to greive for something lost. You are right, you do have to keep going, but it is ok to feel. If you loved her it hurts and you will probably have alot of unexpected emotions but don’t keep yourself bottled up, it isn’t good for you. And alot of us talk about things on here that have nothing to do with body building, it’s just people being real. Keep your head up. C
