No I take every other weekend off, and then the week I train during the weekend I’ll take either wednesday or friday off. I like lifting around 4 or 5 becuase it allows me to plan my day around good nutrition and then mentally prepare then I know everything goes right plus im able to get my heart rate up higher at night.

It kind of pisses me off I go to the gym like its a religious habit I eat clean, take protein shakes 4 times a day, do cardio anything i can to better benefit my body. This past week on Wednesday I ended my workout my doing super sets on biceps and triceps. I beasted the workout. My lifting buddies all witnessed my workout and just could believe how hard i was pushing myself. Then on Thursday I hit a Nasty chest workout. As I started into my first set two of my friends not sarcastically suggested I was juicing. I said I wish and then they tried to argue that my recovery time was too fast. Since I had hit triceps the night before my chest workout. I wasnt throwing up ungodly amounts of weight on my chest day but I was still improving from my last chest workout. I’ve delt with that question all through high school and still now. I attribute my recovery time to my background. I’ve grown up having to hit hard workouts one right after another. My legs have the best recovery time. I could hit them every other day but i don’t because I dont want to over train. and lately my chest seems to be recovering after a days rest. But some of these guy will drink on weekends and im alcohol free and yet they question me. Just irritates me

Thanks guys I’d say 90% percent of it is muscle becuase i can still see my midsection and Hopefully I can continue my climb. The really only secret I have is being able to push myself beyond my threshold every workout. Which can be hard to do sometimes if u dont have the energy. I also have amped up my protien and carb intake clean carbs like plain pasta, plain tuna, Protein Bread—-I can’t ass to any blogs from home, it keep saying error: security code does not match so I will have to post new blogs to reply to old ones.
