Once a week or twice a week
When I put on 13 pounds from feb 2nd to mid march I trained each body part once a week 5 sets of 5 each exercise. Towards the end of March My recovery time seemed to double and with my new batch of supps that Just arrived I’m taking the initiative to now train each body part twice a week with two days rest in between muscle group and sundays off. My only fear is that I’m a ectomorph and with my small joint I might become overloaded and experience elbow and knee pains. Any thoughts
