I’m trying to find photos and stats for comparison of top bodybuilders and where they were statistically at my age. I cant find any pics of Jay Cutler when he was only 20. Any one got any tips or links for Me I want to know where I stand next to those guys at my age.

Nuttin Looking for some pics of Jay Cutler when he was about 18 or 20 cant find crap. I’m 20 years and six months old I want to know where I stand compared to these guys Im going after. I’m 5′7 and currently at 184 and I’d guess either 8% or 9% bodyfat. You wanna know smoked K you did the 3 400’s then the Kennel weight and bodyweight rows i’ll give you something to chew on. My senior year and this was two years ago and this was an everyday Wednesday. 10 200’s first 3 stride accelerate. sets 4- 7 accelerate up to 75% then sprint last 50. sets 7 -10 accelerate to 95% by 50 meters then hold 100% for the last 150. Then the ladder. 300 coming through the 200 meter mark under 25 seconds. 15 seconds rest. 100 under 12 seconds 1 minutes rest. 200 under 25 seconds rest. 600 hitting the 400 mark under 60 seconds. 2 minutes rest. walk back to starting line 2 400 full out. Cool down 15 100 sprints. Then 30 minutes later in the gym doing legs. Squats 315 for 3 sets of 15. close stance squats 225 3 sets of 15. Clean and jerks 185 5 sets of 5 and then to top it single leg curls 180 3 sets of 10. Following day work with sprint group work on technique
