Looking for Change
My new batch of supps comes in on Monday. While with my previous batch and routine I put on roughly 12 to 13 pounds between Feb 2 and March 13, I feel my body is ready to take on More. I find my recovery time for every muscle group right now with an awesome diet is two days. SO I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for a workout routine were I hit each muscle group except lower back two times a week. Currently I’m doing every muscle group obviously once. Again I’m still bulking
