The Leg Press, the one machine where average men and sometimes woman can lift absurds amount of weight that is sometime 4 times their normal squat. I weigh currently naked 183lbs 184 with gym clothes on no shoes. This past Wednesday I leg pressed 1,300 pounds for one set of 6 and then 90 seconds later a set of 4. My legs were toast. Tomorrow I am going to push for 1,350 for at least 5 sets of 4 to 5, and I will record each set individually and put it up on my body space. Doing the math thats more than 7 times my body weight. I want everyone who can take a look at the videos and tell me how my form is I will be using fairly narrow stance so obviously my legs will not come out past my sides but i will let the weight come down into my chest.
