Well I figured it was about time to get back on track, in more ways than one.
Shortly after the new year, things started to go south for me. Me and my girlfriend of over a year, decided to take a break and focus on school. Although its best for both of us, it sure didn’t feel that way. I went into a short state of depression, about 2-3 days, and hardly ate at all. I think all I ate over those 3 days was a cup of grapes from wawa, and a slice of bread. I lost about 8-9 pounds, and some, possibly most, of that was muscle. I had finally put on some weight, then I lost it just like that. I had no motivation to eat, no motivation to lift, or anything else for that matter. I basically got up, went to work, got home and went to sleep.

Then I saw the Muscletech transformation contest and decided to give it a shot. I ordered NaNO Vapor in hopes that it would get me motivated to lift again. I started eating again, and healthier than I ever have in the past. About a week and a half later, I am back up 4 or 5 pounds, and my definition is returning. I am hoping to keep this strong and keep it going into the spring. As for things with my now ex-girlfriend they are looking better. We are both focused on the upcoming semester, and feel once we can get use to our schedule and our workload, that we will be able to get back together and make things work again. I can only hope and pray for the best.

God Bless and Train Hard.
