Hello everyone hope your well.
I need help i’ve seemed to have hit my wall been doing well for the last 8 weeks now just stoppped improving. I started off with 3 sets of 1 max reps then went to 3 sets of 3 now on 3 sets of 5. My goal is strength/ power for my 100m. Any ideas of reps i thought of 8’s or 10 3 to 5 sets ? If anyone has advice thankyou. J

Well started of this morning at 9.30 did 4 laps warm up at the track. Then drills , knee lifts x2 20 metre, heel flicks x2 20 metre, a couple of run throughs. track session was 10×60metre sprints flat out with 2mins recovery after each one.
After track session weights for 1 hour. all upper body. Bench press 3sets of 5 reps , ez bar 3 sets of 5 reps, 3 sets of 15 reps of pull ups. alt shoulder dumbell press 3 sets of 5 reps, Low pull row 3 sets of 5 reps. Incline dumbell chest 3 sets of 5 reps.hold both dumbells together then lower weight to chest whilst keeping weights joined. Tricep pull down 3 sets of 8 reps. all upper body finish for today normally would do track after weights thought i’d try it.
