My new workout stack…
So, for my first blog, I think I’ll write about my new stack I am starting today. Now, I’m not an advanced workout warrior by any means, but I have always enjoyed working out for the sake of health and fitness. That led me to be intrigued by a few friends that were really into bodybuilding and long story short, while it is still about health and fitness for myself, I am curious to see how high my genetic curve can go. Anyway…about my stack, while I have had simple stacks in the past, this is my most though-out and complete stack I think I have ever had. It’s comprised of, Whey, NO Explode, ZMA, Purple Wraath, Multi-Vitamins, Flax-seed oil, and Lipo-6. My goal is to bulk and shread at the same time, very tough to do, but I’ve tried to solely bulk before and I don’t like the sloppy look. I rather workout harder and see slower results so long as I don’t start losing weight. I started at 138lbs 2 months ago and I’m up to 151.5, which I would say all but 4-5 pounds is muscle. I’m looking forward to posting progress pics when I’m done with my stack for now…off to the gym I go.
