New To BodyBlog
Well, I’m finally getting serious about getting into shape so i figured I’d join something like this to keep me accountable for what I have started. Hopefully if everything goes to plan, I will be tracking my progress and gains towards my goal of being around 170 lbs. with a body fat % between 6-15 % depending on what it is when I get it measured this week.
Let me know if there is anyone else around with similar goals?!
