HELP!! IN NEED OF A BOOOOTY!!!!
Hey everyone! I hope you guys are having an awesome day! I’m chillin’ here at work wishing that I was out walking the dog in this awesome Colorado weather….
Anyway, to get to the point of this post, I’m in need of a booty. I have been blessed with a beautiful upper body and great legs but from the boobs down to the upper thighs… well lets just say I’m less than the enchantingly sexy girl I’d love to be. Strangely, I gain weight like a guy so when ever i’m packing extra pounds its never in the butt or thighs like a girl but all in the tummy, sides and back. My poor little booty (which is rock hard and adorable but just isn’t really in proportion with my 34DD’s that I carry on top) needs help.
I have known this for awhile but i’m becoming increasingly more aware of all the beautiful butts out there and know that there are too many gorgeous ones for it to be a fluke. This has led to an onslaught of ass envy for me. I’ve always appreciated the female form but I’m absolutely enthralled with butts. I’m an ass girl so i can definitely drool over a guy’s great set of glutes but that is a sexual obsession where I find myself drooling over other girls butts in awe and envy. How do I get one of these seemingly allusive outrageously sexy bootys?!?!
I realize this post makes me sound a little bit perverted but I just can’t help myself. Its a conquest for me, especially since the guy i’m seeing is an ass man
What excercises are the very best for beautiful booty? I’ve heard squats rock but is there anything else out there? I’m definitely on a quest for the best booty growing/shaping tips out there.

Unfortunately this is a matter of genetics for the most part, and isn’t too terribly controllable. Basically you’re born with a set number of fat cells and they’re distributed a certain way; they grow and shrink but you can’t move them around or decrease or increase them in certain places.
Your best bet would be to just concentrate on reducing body fat %, and maybe throw in some extra exercises that target that region, like the mentioned squats. Leg presses on a leg press machine worked my butt pretty well but I had to dig in hard. My gym also has a machine that targets just the butt (never tried it though, for obvious reasons)

Pick up an oxygen glutes magazine ( they have one out now) They alway have great booty exercises! I love em! Hope that helps. HAley

Haha awesome blog post. You’re an excellent writer. I have the opposite problem though. I don’t put weight onto my gut and sides like most guys. All my fat goes straight to my ass. It’s weird! I hope you find a solution to your butt. If nothing works you can always consider ass cheek implants. No, i’m just kidding, please don’t do that. Good Luck!
