Im Back!
Wow, my last post was in November. I have to admit ive been very busy and havent had time to write. I eased off the training for about a month to let my injury heal. I am still not fully healed but I have made some progress. I was still eating clean though not as much and I took a break from all supplements. I lost about 5 pounds of musscle and I cant stand it. It hasnt been that long and I know I will be back to peak stregnth in weeks.
I started training again a week ago and I am currently loading on Creatine. I have increased my protein intake as well. I feel better already and I am not agrivating the injury. I have to make sure I am very careul not to reinjure myself but I am just really happy to be back at it again.
And as for tonights workout? Great. I worked the arms and got a great pump. I felt the blood rush through my arms again.
