Wow, my last post was in November. I have to admit ive been very busy and havent had time to write. I eased off the training for about a month to let my injury heal. I am still not fully healed but I have made some progress. I was still eating clean though not as much and I took a break from all supplements. I lost about 5 pounds of musscle and I cant stand it. It hasnt been that long and I know I will be back to peak stregnth in weeks.
I started training again a week ago and I am currently loading on Creatine. I have increased my protein intake as well. I feel better already and I am not agrivating the injury. I have to make sure I am very careul not to reinjure myself but I am just really happy to be back at it again.
And as for tonights workout? Great. I worked the arms and got a great pump. I felt the blood rush through my arms again.

Tonight is arm night. Im about to get loose in a few minutes. I changed my schedule yesterday to an ABCD format. Lately on Arm day I have been alternating starting with Triceps and Biceps. I am beginning to work the legs again but very slowly. I am doing calf raises and stiff leg deadlifts. I have lost a lot of strength in the legs but thats the way it is when dealing with injury. My hamstrings really need the work so I hope to be doing Lunges soon as well.
I have been gaining flexability in the leg and the pain is getting better. The process is quite a commitment but im seeing results.

I did 30 min of roadwork tonight. Im easing back into it slowly but excited about it. My legs need the work and it keeps them loose. Ive had some good workouts this week and im a little sore in the Chest today.

Man, Ive been pretty busy lately. Working, working, and working! Had to take Tues and Wed off which im not happy about. Im about to get started. Today im working my Chest and Shoulders. I need a good workout!

I was working out my arms yesterday doing hammer curls and while I was watching myself in the mirrior, I noticed a huge pump by the 9th rep. My arms were pumped for hours after my workout. Im not on NO or Creatine right now so I didnt expect it! Im due for a cycle of both and I still have a bit of NO at the house. Rest day today and back at it tomorrow with the Shoulders and Back. I added a couple new songs to my playlist so im ready to go!
The leg is still improved but I feel like I have hit a healing Plateau. Patience and more stretching! At least its like two bad days a week instead of 5.

I worked out the chest shoulders and back yesterday. I had a nice pump going in the shoulders. I picked up more On Whey which I ran out of a couple weeks ago. I have been taking true Mass but it doesnt mix as well and I like On "whey" better! Today is an off day but I will probably do some ab work with my stretches this evening.

The cold is wearing off! Sleep was the key for me as always. More imrovement in the leg! I can feel it still but its not painful. Im going to keep this one short cause im short on time today and im about to grind my arms and I just cant wait to get into it!

Damn, I feel a chest cold comming on. Whats next? Its getting colder out and its that time of year anyways but I skipped my Vitamins one day this week. I have been exposed to warm/cold air. Its kind of ironic since I am so well rested this week. I began to feel it yesterday and by last night I knew what was comming. Hopefully it will be mild like the last time I was sick last January….Time to eat B-12 like its candy!
Anyways, the leg felt good yesterday except when I got up from long periods of sitting. I have felt some mild pain in the hip and knee and slight tingling in the foot which is all new but not as much pain in calf and hamstring. hopefuly a sign of progress.

I began light training yesterday on the arms and I worked my abs. It was nice to feel a good pump again. My abs were a little sore today. Today I worked my chest and shoulders with light weight but more sets and reps and less rest time. . Ill take tomorrow off and train Thursday. I am glad to be back but im at about 40% of my peak intensity and I have to be careful not to stress the injury.
