20 rep squats - The start !
About to start the 20 rep squat program. After reading other peoples experiences, psyching myself up and getting ready to feel the PAIN!!! don’t know what weight im gonna start on for the 20 reps, but I normally squat 190kg for 10, but dunno how many i can do at 20! Just about to have another large meal and the important 600ml of milk before i hit the gym for an afternoon session ..

Completed my fist session, damn near killed my self, started on 120kg x 20 squats, then did the pullovers, pull-ups bench and finally dips went very low on all the following exercises after my squats had hardly any energy left! Gonna drink another 600ml of milk then get an hours rest so until next time…
