its going fabulous…..i picked up my cadio..and i give it the respect…i been shedding them inches….but put on lean mass….i took a class for 4 days…and it knocked it off course a little but im back on track now…..doing good with my endurance…but my bench is sucking….as far as strength…..im more focused in on my looks than strength right now…i go in spurts with it…i want to be at my goal weight before my next vacation in AUG…..then ill look at that 350 bench in the eyes
