Havent Cheated yet except
Tuesday, April 24th, 2007well i have been following my workout to a T….except my cardio…being in iraq…i work 12 hr days 7 days a week….but it hard to do the weights and Run…but im going to kick it up a notch…i started it out when i first started my routine…thats how i lost so much weight at first easy…but now trickled to 3 times a week on the cardio…but my muscle mass now in such a short period is amazing….my chest and arms mass is there but just not the cuts and strength yet….
my diet has been on track too…..so i think i have made a drastic change in a month and a half….AUG….i will be where i want to be….KEEP YA EYES ON ME….im taking off now…..a strong cardio is going to do it
