Creating space for getting fit

June 27, 2009

I want to loose 20 pounds or to loose a lot of fat and gain lean muscle mass. I want to feel good about my body. I want to have healthy insides and healthy skin. I want to look hot in and out of my clothes.

I feel as though I have been depressed in the last 3 years.  I have slacked on my nutrition intake and my workout routine. I have gained weight. I have lost muscle. My body isn’t looking as good as it did before. I want to look good in my clothes. I want to feel like I treat my body as a temple and not contaminate it with junk any longer. I want to feel strong in my core and my back. I want more natural energy and less lethargy. I have been gaining weight like crazy in the past 3 years and it is time to improve before its harder as I get older or gets worse.

I am willing to give up high fat and sugar foods and chemicals that keep me out of balance from my goals. I am willing to be more active. I will eat well and work out more. I will commit to better sleep. I at least commit at first to reviving my diet choices and doing more cardio and take it one thing at a time from there in creating more progress and  implementing more into a regular routine including weight lifting and doing more yoga. I’m willing to sweat!
